That time of year when the fashion month is over and there's nothing left for you to admire except all those bright and blossom fashionistas flooding all over street style blogs. We've seen a lot of colors this season while craft and embroidery is one thing many A-listers picked to adorn their bodies. Many bloggers seem to fall in love with futuristic jumpers de Balenciaga also (yea, who doesn't) and leather garments ranging from top, skirt, jacket to peplum belt are a must-have this Fall.



Sicilian Spirit

I've totally been too obsessed with this shoot I couldn't resist the urge to get back on my blog again! I've been away for like what..? Six months? No runway post or even trend recap. Shame on me but it's just too complicated to write a post on my ipad. So, sorry and hi again my blogging pals.

And as I said, this collection by Domenico and Stefano of Dolce and Gabbana house is explicitely capturing my heart. I am always in love with D&G models' hair and makeup even though it has NEVER changed over the years. It has become the house' signature yet never seems boring to all of us.

And this ad campaign continues on from it’s Spring 2012 one. It once again captures the italian spirit and the theme of the Italian family. Shot by Giampaolo Sgura, you literally get to see gorgeous, high-spirited people having fun all wearing amazing designs from the Fall 2012 collection, from all the pretty florals, to luxurious lace pieces.. and yes, that Miss Sicily in croc too. So bad we didn't get to see the heels with floral details and also the sunglasses the models wore on the runway. They are just totally adorable, don't you think so?

What Winter Brings to Paris

It's couture fashion week in Paris! Actually, what will be presented in the show might not be capturing much of my attention compared to Pret-A-Porter collections, watching or, in other words, browsing through the photos of those lucky enough to have attended the events is rather my thing. Paris has been gripped by cold spell this past month. It's time for Parisienne chiques to roll out their old fur coats, vests or whatever stuff and rock it! Dramatic furs have created such a dramatic effect on the wearers this season. Have a good day wherever you are!
