The Clogs and Little Cat

Is it too soon to tell you that I already got two out of four items on my summer wishlist I just posted yesterday? Well, the thing is, I couldn't put myself to sleep, lying awake half of the night with the clog clog sound clogging in my head. And I couldn't believe that the very trendiest shoes for SS'10 wouldn't be available in even a single shop in Siam Square area! So I went out today, wearing polkadot see-through maxi dress, pastel sandals and little cat eye sunnies I bought a few days ago. And there they were.. Slingback peep toe clogs ! As perfect as I want!

After that, me and my girlfriend went to see Inception. The movie is soooooo incredibly great, I mean, we all know what it feels like to be in a dream and how it is to dream within a dream.. And it's not too complicated to understand as I had expected. My thumbs up for Nolan, Di Caprio and his castmates!

Tomorrow (Monday) is still a holiday for Thais.. I'm planning to stay lazy at home.. guess we need to get some rests, my wallet does, at least :(

It's summer here and there, but not in Bangkok.. after days of sweltering heat, it was raining cats and dogs this afternoon. This morning I got up and realized that my enthusiasm of dressing up has almost gone. I'm too lazy to try on pretty dress, ruffled skirts and high heels, all I want to wear these days is just one basic shirt or blouse with shorts and high-waist skirt and a pair of ballet flats. I think we need to get back to simplicity sometimes, at least until the weather here gets better!

All we need is a bit of fresh air

Oh dear, is it just the second day of the week..? really..? I'm feeling not just tired but exhausted already. Yeah, part of it was probably my late night habit.. It is killing me..!!

But apart from that, I think I've been working like non-stop for the past few years. I couldn't even remember the last time I had been away for vacationing.. when was it and where..?? kinda miss those school break and summertime when we barely did nothing but waiting for a jing-a-ling of the ice cream bells as the local ice cream man approached..

Okay, those days are over..

But it must be great if I can find at least one weekend to get out of town. Living in the city makes our lives too intense.. :(
